ZEROING AND WEIGHING
Place the empty pan provided on the scale and check that the pointer is at the zero mark before weighing. To adjust the pointer to zero; slowly turn the rotating knob located on the top or rear of the scale then tap the pan gently to settle the mechanism. Re-adjust if necessary. Please note, some models have a sliding tab on the front or side of the scale instead of a rotating knob.
Note: For best results when weighing, always add ingredients to centre of the pan.
