Bone Mass Scales

Your bone mass measurement is an estimate of the bone mineral stored within your bone tissue. Research indicates that bone mass tends to peak for most people during adulthood and after that it decreases. You can slow this process down by doing regular exercise and eating foods rich in calcium and vitamin D (diary, green leafy vegetables etc) to help maintain strong, healthy bones. Your bone mass measurement should be used as a guide only and it’s best to track changes over time as bones mass doesn't fluctuate greatly day to day.For more information on Salter Analyser Bathroom Scales please read our Body Analyser Guide
